I went from 4 stars to 1 because they are raising their prices so bad the quality is not the best and last time i was here they didn't give me Half off second pair as advertised so i had to leave the store without the shoes im a loyal customer but is over 2 clients less because you guys don't value your customers do not recommend this place

The place has great variety but the customer service it's terrible. The cashier I think Jenalee was the name, a short white girl was really rude with my dad a 60 old man and me. Truly dissapointed about that.

I’m on my feet for work all day and needed some more comfortable shoes as my current ones are pretty old. As a result of wearing designer shoes with no support my feet are in pain. Christian the manager here took his time to measure my feet, give me great recommendations, let me try on multiple shoes and ultimately help me find the right shoes. Excellent customer service here! Sketchers are right they’re kind of OK I’m not into that kind of style most of them for the younger generation. I’m in the old degeneration but they good shoes they’re made well. My grandkids tell me, so yeah I’m syndicator again of course the best thank you folks. thank you sketchers enjoy.

Although a girl offered help, she did not follow thru. I had several pairs of shoes to try on but my knees do not bend so I was unable to try some on. I finally was able to get a slip in shoe on but could not get it off. A customer actually came and helped me. Then when I used the ladies room I bent over to flush and busted my head on a very low shelf....the shelf should be marked for warning. It was white and blended into the surrounding area.

i use to buy my running tennis shoes here but not anymore How is an outlet if the prices are more expensive than other recognized brands if they are traying to sell this tennis shoes for $80 or more than $100 they are going to have a hard time selling their shoes with poor quality i went yesterday what a surprise no people inside the store now i know why if this brand doesn't lower their prices and make better shoes soon is going to be out of business

Went to this store today with defective shoes and spoke to the store manager Vanessa and got a rude attitude from her. she kept saying it’s the policy she didn’t listen to the issue. just argued back and forth with us. I will be reporting this store to the regional office as we keep having issues there. both shoes are ripping

I visited this place to buy shoes for work , I've been here before a long time ago , I haven't visited this place in a while, and now even though the store is clean, is not the same ,when you walk inside ,the shoes sizes are all mixed up, like me for example I am size 11 women is hard to find ,and is a mess because there is no one to help you, I only saw the cashier, and even though she was friendly, my son and I found a way to finally made a choice of shoes,, and if you are and employee on the strip you get a good discount, just show your employees badges, the prices nothing new very expensive no one knew skechers shoes could cost $100 this days.
