Great place for snow gear. Bought boards and bindings here and had the bindings put on. All employees have been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional each time I’ve been to this store 4-5 times. Prices are fair and consistent.

brown haired girl is pretty rude.. kinda put a downer on the experience of getting my first pair of skis. other than that everyone was nice and i learned a lot when getting my boots fitted! but they are too small.. so im nervous to exchange because i overheard the girl getting snarky with another customer who needed a larger pair.

If you want things done right, come here. Got a new pair of skis and was amazed at Brian's knowledge and patience.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. We called this morning to see if they were open today and they failed to mention that you need an appointment. We arrive after a 30 minute drive and the “greeter” had terrible customer service skills and spoke to us in a very condescending manner. Terrible vibes!
