I have been going here since 1999. They are always very knowledgeable. This last time Austin was helping with new boots for existing skis and after purchasing the boots we encountered plate/binding adaption issue which Austin was quick to rectify at no added cost. He was very diligent in making sure I was happy with everything and quickly as possible. Highly recommend ski pro! Thanks Austin!
I actually love going to this place… but I will never rent skis from here again. Yesterday I was waiting on a 45 minute line just to return my skis which in most places is a two minute transaction you hand them the skis they scan it they give you their blessing and you’re on your way. This is not how this system works at the store. I was forced to wait on the line with those who reserved online rentals for the day and watch those that did not reserve ahead online jump ahead of me and everyone else on my line. They have two lines One for those those that reserved online and return rentals and a separate line for those that did not reserve online line 2 . Unfortunately I was online on line 1 . They should have a separate desk to Return equipment on busy days so that returns are not require you to wait in line For 45 minutes with 25+ people trying to rent skis for that day. I thought it would be an advantage to rent my skis locally and save time in the morning for a day trip up to snow bowl but in the future unless this policy is changed I will be renting my skis up at snowbowl or sunrise locations as the return process is so much faster. Yesterday I stood in line for 45 minutes just return my skis while people who did not have reservations to rent stepped into a separate and empty line then simply put in their information into the desktop computer and jumped to the front Everyone else who was on line one to return skis and had online reservations. So much for planning to ahead. So while I was waiting to return my skis after a long day of driving skiing and driving people that walked in 15-30 minutes after me were taken care of 1st because that line was virtually empty and sent on their way with they are new rentals while I was still waiting to return mine. Which again was literally a three minute transaction. I will still always go back to buy my products and ski equipment there but until this policy changes I cannot fathom renting skis here again. For those who want to rent skis there don’t do it online as you will be penalized for planning ahead.
Vance and Jorey so sorry if I got that wrong were SO KIND and helpful. We showed up one minute late to return our rental and they were sweet enough to let us come in and make the return. The equipment I rented was well maintained and the crew helped me pick the right skis and boots for a first time skier! My husband and I get all of our snow gear from Ski Pro but the Mesa location’s customer service can’t be beat!
Great shop with good prices for their stuff on sale! Austin helped me get a custom foot bed for the ski shoes I bought here, and it made quite the difference, I strongly recommend doing this if you are going to be skiing for more than 10 ski days per year! This will be ski shop while Im in AZ.
Austin was great helping me find boots and skis! He really knows what he’s talking about and made the whole process easy. Austin also seemed like a great manager by the way he interacted with his team. I highly recommend going to Ski Pro.
Austin was awesome. Haven’t bought new boots in 20 years because I loved them! He got me in the perfect fitting boot! Couldn’t be happier with the service and gear. Thank you!

Got my skis stollen in snow bowl but Ian and Austin helped me get last minute rentals for holidays. Amazing service! Rented here a few times and always leave happy.
We came in to have our ski and snowboard boots heat molded and Steve was awesome. He explained what he was doing and why, and gave great advice for what we need to be doing to make sure our boots do not hurt. Thank you Steve!!!!
