Ski The East

I love this company! The guys that run it couldn't be nicer, or offer better customer service (and great stuff). Last Christmas I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece, which unfortunately turned out to be out-of-stock. The owner of the company personally drove my new item to the PO, sending it overnight to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery. This year I purchased more gifts at the Boston Ski and Snowboard show. Later, I realized there was an small defect in one of the items. I contacted STE, and the guys went above and beyond again. I love supporting small local companies, and these guys make it easy. The gifts I have purchased have been big hits too. If you are looking to buy the skier or boarder in your life some fun gear - make Ski The East your first choice.

Love their products but customer service is nonexistent. I've been trying to resolve an issue and have left messages and emails and have received no response. Very frustrating. follow up...They are a small company and I learned they were away at a conference. Once they returned, service was great. They were very accommodating and helpful! Thanks Ski The East!

Awesome products, customer service, and overall attitude. If you're an east coast skier, or even old school west coaster, Ski the East is a must shop experience. You'll love everything you find, and they'll treat you like you're a VIP customer.

TOP NOTCH, whether your in the market for a Hoodie, T-shirt or even just really cool stickers. Ski the East is the best. Quality is second to none. Customer service is very helpful and attentive. I'm very happy to call myself a customer of theirs and will continue to be one for those very reasons. Way to go!

Love, love their products and the best customer service around! I love a company that starts with a dream and a love for a sport and turns into a business that remembers where and how it started and treats customers like family. Can't say enough good things.
