Not my favorite place to relax,,,but cool fountain!!!
Fun and interesting people in this area.
A genuine Portland experience! I am 100% a Max train fan but this stop always offers a variety of entertainment due to the weird human beings that hang out around here day and night. I think it's a trip they're fun to watch.
Ever wonder how the city of Portland deals with the homeless? They don't. Instead they let them overtake portions of town. This station is a shining example of the dark failures of Portland. Don't let it fool you! This city is still amazing.
While this stop can be entertaining at times, it is dirty, smelly, and sometimes a bit scary. Most houseless people are harmless, but some of them can be aggressive. Never really feel threatened, but sometimes they approach and yell. Some are interesting to talk to.
Dirty MAX station, its dark and cold, and its also a haven for the homless people. At least this platform is not as worst as the one located at NW 6th and Hoyt were you constantly fear for your life.
The detritus of Portland collects here. Used needles, butts, broken glass, and the homeless and mentally ill that the city keeps ignoring, hoping they'll go away. Dirty, sketchy, and that "real" Portland the city denizens lament while simultaneously trying to whitewash over. Visit at your own peril.
Lot of stoners. Nothing like a little anaphylaxis to start your morning.
