I had a fabulous Deluxe Hydra facial with Moira. She was clearly educated about skin care and her products. She took the time to let me know what she was doing at each phase of the facial. I appreciate that because I like to know what is being done and how it will impact my skin. She was professional throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable. I walked out feeling wonderful and relaxed. I will be back to see what other magic Moira can perform!!
I always feel very welcomed and everyone is so nice !!! but I just have not found a great esthetician who suits my needs. The extractions are the most important part in my opinion, and I never feel like I get that. I think many are newer to the field. Harder to find an experienced one. I had a package which was a great price and deal for 4 facials but I don’t think I will go back unless I can someone who is more experienced. I went home and picked at my face :
It was my first time and I’ve never felt more welcomed. My esthetician was Hannah and she was so comforting and treated my skin with care. She addressed my skin concerns dryness, and went through every step thoroughly. She’s so so sweet, and it was like being in a heaven I never wanted to leave. Definitely if you can get your facial from her, though my opinion is biased since I’ve only had her do my facial. The front desk staff is inviting, the environment is extremely lax, the calming music, just everything made my experience a 20/10. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Hannah and staff!
Had the most relaxing facial with Hannah as my esthetician! She was so kind, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about my skincare needs. The front desk staff was also very nice, immediately felt the warmth of the environment when I got there. Would recommend this spa!
Alicia M has been working on my skin for the past few months with laser genesis. She recommended a microneedling session based on a careful assessment of my skin. I was nervous to try it, but she was so gentle and gave me excellent post-services precautions. My skin has never looked better, and my decades-long acne scars have disappeared. Cannot recommend the services at SkinSpa more highly. Staff are phenomenal as well!
Jo is an AMAZING laser tech. She really gets to know her clients and values relationships and it shows! She’s great at what she does and I’ve seen amazing results already just after 3 sessions! Definitely recommend! I got underarm laser hair removal and am starting Brazilian soon.
I have had hair laser removal for the first time in my life at Skin Spa New York, with Jovanie. I saw a dramatic effect within the first 3 months! The everyone is nice, willing to help, and flexible. Scheduling and rescheduling is straightforward. But most importantly you get high end quality service for maybe the most competitive prices in the market.
Moira was incredible kind and wonderful during my facial treatment. She recommended products and services for the next step. I am excited to come back and keep on my skin care journey!
You get what you pay for - prices are about half as other spas in the area and the quality is as well. I have gone to this salon for 6 months hoping that it’ll will get better. Each time they take me late and end my facials at the scheduled time. So I’ve paid for 50 min facials for about 35 minutes of service. They will also try to upsell you during your service. During my last visit, the esthetician didn’t even say the peel was going to cost extra she just put it on without discussing. This was my final straw. Do not recommend.
