Highly recommended, especially for people with very damaged skin, urgently looking for affordable high quality expert - driven care! Jovial, friendly environment. I really feel like the esthetician's end goal is to cure your skin the right way. She does an honest assessment, executes a treatment plan appropriate for your face. This is great for everyone but especially for newer clients - to be under the care of a professional that is invested in doing what is right vs. what is expedient by your specific facial skin. I am so happy that I found Chloe! I am 42 years old and have tried many treatments and places over several years here in NYC to treat my chin acne and can finally say I have found the best. I went to my first facial 6 months ago and my face has improved so much! I have followed Chloe recommendations and if you stick to them you will see results. She is very nice and charismatic so I am always looking forward to my appointments.

I went here today and had a great experience, the staff is friendly and the space is very clean. I had a massage and got all my knots out and had a microdermabrasion facial and my skin feels very clean. I would go here again and would recommend to anyone who needs to relax

I made the best decision coming to Le Bon Skin Lab. I never had bad skin before but last year I had a terrible reaction to some products and got an acne outbreak. Cleo has been helping me get my skin better by using wonderful treatments and recommending amazing products for my face. We still have more sessions to complete but I love coming here and seeing results, Cleo is definitely my hero!

My skin has improved in texture and scar discoloration since getting chemical peels with Cleo. She's helped me extract and clear my skin of underground acne that otherwise would not come out. I've been using the  products that she recommended and they've helped to manage my acne, especially with breakouts from mascne. Overall a great experience getting facials here

My boyfriend booked a facial and massage here for me as a surprise and I am so glad he did. This was THE, yes the, absolute best massage I’ve ever had. It’s deep tissue mixed with some Thai/Bodywork massage. I am someone who needs a lot of pressure and the massage specialist was really able to get deep into the tissue of my back and work out some knots. She also stretched me out a bit.  My facial was really wonderful, too. I’m not someone who normally gets facials but my skin looked incredible the next day. Not too much irritation at all.  I loved my experience there so much that I bought a package of four appointments. I highly recommend this small local business.

I LOVE coming to see Cleo at Le Bon Skin Lab. She is so knowledgeable and clean!!! She does an amazing facial massage that makes you feel like a million bucks. Cleo is the only person I trust to do my extractions, so great at it!! Le Bon Skin Lab will treat any type of skin and leave you looking like you gained 5 years of youth back. Love it!!!

I had the basic facial with Cleo and it was a great experience. Cleo is super skilled on the facial treatments. I have blackheads on my nose and the blackheads are gone and pores are clean. I notice my skin is clear and shinning right after.  It was a well worth going experience and I will go back again.  The location is really convenient for me.  The subway is only 2 blocks away.

Cleo is the best esthetician I have had. My skin is significantly better when I see her regularly. I had a very bad acne problem and she pretty much cleared my skin in a few sessions. She used to be in another skin care lab and I followed her here because I cannot live without her now! She is also very cheerful, kind and such a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended to anyone with acne, blackheads and other problematic skin!
