While walking by I was asked to go inside and have an eye treatment. Maya was very friendly and explained the process to me. My husband purchased eye serum and facial peeling gel for me and we scheduled a facial for the next day. That evening I developed a reaction to the serum. My husband returned the following morning and we were given a refund. Maya insisted I keep the facial peeling gel as a sign of good will and good customer service.

Haily helped me while I was at their location at the Cosmo. She was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and showed me how effective their products are after identifying some of my skincare needs instantly. I never buy this type of stuff on a whim but after Haily showed me how much of a value I was getting and how well the product works I was sold. This is written like some shill but I assure you I am not and never shopped at this store or met this sales women before. Just a rare, excellent retail experience and I believe a job well done deserves to be acknowledged.

I went to Las Vegas to go on an 8 day river rafting trip on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. My boyfriend and I arrived a few days early to acclimate to the time change before the trip. We were walking around The Cosmopolitan and were pulled into Skins 62. The man applied an eye product to my undereye area. The product was amazing and the results were as described. He was pushy and talked me into purchasing several more products. We left on our rafting trip 2 days later and arrived back to Las Vegas 8 days after that. I did not bring the products on the rafting trip because of lack of space. Once we arrived home I started using the products regularly. I was extremely disappointed in the results. The undereye cream made the skin dry and irritated. The face cream made my skin breakout. I didn't open 3 of the other products for fear of an adverse affect. I emailed the company and was told that it my purchase was outside the 7 day return period. No one made me aware of a 7 day return period. If they had I wouldn't have purchased the products because I knew I wouldn't have been able to use them within that timeframe. The salespeople in that store are pushy and dishonest. What a waste of money. Don't fall for their overpriced products.
