Visited this place today to attend a birthday party. Very much spacious and not crowded too much. They have various packages for birthday parties for kids. Overall maintenance is good and I see kids enjoying a lot in various games ...Good for all ages of kids and for teens as well. Food pizza good as well.
We were attending a birthday party here, and it was our first time visiting. Very spacious and well organized. There are a lot of different things to do that are good for all ages of kids and teens. They have various packages for birthday parties and other events. Very clean, and the staff was super nice and accommodating.
This place is cool to give the kids some exercise. 2 hours is good for the glow nights. I can't really see a person going longer unless they add some additional activities. Food prices need to be a bit lower in relation to the quality they serve.
Came here for a birthday party with my 1 year old. Was worried there wouldn't be anything for her to do, but they had a section of trampolines for babies and their moms to bounce. We had a blast.
First time coming here and I had pretty high expectations from what I've heard before. Its fun for sure, but I have a 10 yo and a 3 yo and since more than half of the attractions have a height/age limit I'm not sure that charging full price for kids below a certain age is fair. She was pretty disappointed to not be able to get on a bunch of things. I will say the manager here runs a tight ship which is cool to see. Very professional for sure which is nice to see. In summary, a good time for my older kid, disappointing at times for my younger one. Would've expected a bit more for that amount of money.
We went on Saturday for the glow-in-the-dark trampoline time slot. It was a long wait in line but well worth it. The prices were very reasonable the shirt and socks we're definitely at good value the socks had a nice look to them. They had tons of things to do and lots to explore. Make sure to bring water and have a blast.
We have been here a couple of times now. My kids enjoy it but find there is a large amount of inconsistancy in how they apply the rules. It seems the tween and teen age kids are able to get away with a lot and younger kids are quickly reprimanded. On multiple accounts older kids would be running and jumping onto trampolines where younger kids were knocking them over or sitting/standing on pads and nothing was said, but if a younger kid sat, parent helped a younger kid, or two kids hoped on a trampoline they were almost immediatley whistled or yelled at. I highly recommend going to Urban air over here.
Do not book a birthday party. Overpriced with terrible service and an expected tip for rude service. Have the kids from the party jump then take them anywhere else for cake and pizza. Do not book a party package or a room or space with them. Beware that they will try to charge you extra from anything from Sox or extra clean up if you book a party. The money you spend there means nothing to management or the workers so don’t expect good service. Repeat business and happy customers don’t apply. Sincerely, Never Again
This place is terrible. You come in and it says they are at capacity til 6:15, unless we purchased online. The guy at the front said to just wait a couple mins, theres no need to buy online and we will be able get in along with the 4 kids. 6:15 comes and now we are told we need to wait til 6:30. What a waste of time. Seems all of the skyzones are poorly ran.
Do not book a birthday party. Staff is extremely rude and expected 18 - 20 % tip. Terrible service. Do not book a party package. It is not worth. Staff behavior will ruin the entire Birthday.
