Extremely friendly staff, respectful, and incredibly experienced and thorough in instruction to first time skydivers. Very efficient in processing skydiving experience from handling the paperwork to informing what to expect and answering any questions. No sales pressure at any time, absolutely first class operation. This was my experience on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Highly recommend the Harbor Springs location and staff to anyone interested in a skydiving experience!

Awesome skydiving experience!  The tandem instructors are professional and we felt comfortable the entire time.  The photo package was definitely worth it.

Sorry, wow this was horrible experience with booking, rebooking, using coupon and no video even after paying and pointing out that dvd was blank.  Contacted owner and absolutely zero customer service.  I'd warn you to think twice...it's expensive and to be treated so poorly is shameful.  No offer of any compensation for poor service & just a list of excuses even after multiple attempts.  Deeply disappointing "once in a lifetime" experience.  Consider something else on your 'bucket list'!
