Dr. Jean-Luc and his practice are fantastic! So thankful I found this hidden gem in Rosslyn for my chiropractic care. Woke up one morning with torticollis and such sharp pain in my neck I couldn’t move. Thankfully Skyline chiro always has room for same-day appointments and they were able to fit me in as soon as they opened that morning. I literally couldn’t even get out of my pajamas or tie up my hair up before walking to the office. First session helped me a ton, and after several regular visits, they got my neck back to 100%. I continue to see him for maintenance. As a former dancer and gymnast, I have been to several chiropractors over the years since I was a kid, and can confidently say Dr. Jean-Luc is highly knowledgeable and skilled— you can definitely put your trust in him for manual chiropractic work / adjustments. As far as insurance related things, I know there were a couple old negative reviews about that - I wouldn’t let those scare you away, as the practice seems to have completely resolved any issues now — I have used my insurance at every single visit and had no issues with the clinic submitting everything to insurance and billing properly. Additional perks: David at the front desk and Dr. Jean-Luc himself are so friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very modern and clean. I also appreciate their up-front, transparent pricing, and how their online scheduling platform makes it easy to make/re-schedule/cancel your appointments. If needed, parking is available right beneath the building - there’s a parking garage between the office building and Bennett Park apartments on North Pierce street. I’d highly recommend!
I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Dr. Jean-Luc and team. David was always welcoming as I arrived and got me set up for the chiropractic session ahead. I've never learnt so much about the spine and how the prescribed exercises support recovery and maintenance. Dr. Jean-Luc now has me where I want to be ahead of a busy summer of practice sessions and matches.
I highly recommend Dr. Jean-Luc Sansfaute and Skyline Wellness for any of your chiropractic needs. I have been going to Dr. Jean-Luc's office for more than 3 years and feel that he is a wonderful chiropractor! I go in for an adjustment every two weeks for my well-being, but others may prefer more frequent visits based on their situation and initial evaluation. Dr. Jean-Luc is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is very gentle and calm with his technique. I really like the traction table before an adjustment, but it isn't required if you prefer not to. If you're already suffering, then what do you have to lose? Skyline Wellness is the best chiropractic office I have ever visited! Military Veteran with lots of duty related issues. They take care of me like family, they listened to my problems and went above and beyond to help me get back to living paint free. Very easy online appointments and state of the art facility to help you understand why your body is the way it is. If you want to understand your problems and have them fixed, skyline wellness are the professionals you need.
I've been going to Skyline Wellness for a few months now and I'm so glad I did! The staff is always very nice and Dr. Jean-Luc is great! I've had severe back issues for over a year and I feel immediate relief after my appointments. I've had other chiropractors in the area and didn't realize what I was missing from them until I came to Skyline. I like how Dr. Jean-Luc is very precise about head, arm, leg placement when adjusting- the attention to that is important to me as working with the back and spine deserves that level of attention. I also love that they accept most insurance! It is hard finding someone in-network and it can get expensive quickly. The fact that they accept insurance is great and removes what would be a huge cost barrier for me. I go once a week and always look forward to the relief that follows!!
Dr. Jean-Luc is a healer! My wife and I have been visiting Skyline Wellness for over a year and a half now and Jean-Luc has taken such great care of us. He can deal with ANY and ALL aches and pains. Dr. Jean-Luc takes the time to understand your pain and is such a delight to see every week. Highly recommend!
DrJean-Luc is best. This place save me alot money with their ChIros program, after finding out my insurance didn’t cover chiropractic. Though parking can be weird during rush hour times. Morning is always the best.
SWC has been a great experience for me so far. I was never a big believer of Chiropractic care, but it has provided me great results that help my daily activities and sleep. The practice has a great clean and peaceful feel to it. The staff always make you feel welcomed and it is very informative and supportive of your needs specially the movement coach and her assistants. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is eager to give their body the care it needs.
I also had the same trouble with billing as some of the other people who have written about it on the reviews. I was receiving treatments from May until December of last year and paying the amount that the front desk told me to pay based on insurance. Turns out that it was not enough because they weren't billing the insurance correctly, so I had accumulated a large bill by November. Once they were able to figure out what was going on and provide an itemized receipt to me, I paid it. I was told it was paid in full and they began charging me the higher amount throughout the remaining visits in December. As of January, my insurance changed and so I couldn't afford the co-pay. Well, in May I got a nasty collections letter that I owed $50. Once again, I requested an itemized bill and found out that when I had supposedly paid it in full in December, it WASN'T! There was still a residual balance that no one told me about! I was going twice a week and paying each time, so they were looking right at my account when I paid and no one ever said that there was a balance due. Honestly, I really liked the doctors there and was very happy with the treatment I received, but the billing is a nightmare. I would have continued to go occasionally despite the high price because the treatments helped so much, but not after the horrible experience I had with the billing.
Worst management in history! I would give this business 0 stars if I could! I just received a bill from services I received last year. After I was told by Skyline Wellness that my insurance approved me for treatments, I was in treatment for chiropractor services for many months. After My back was better from an injury, I discontinued my treatment. While the treatments themselves were helpful, the management of this company is absolutely atrocious. I am still trying to piece together what exactly happened, whether Skyline never filed an appropriate authorization, or whether my insurance decided to go back on their approval. Either way, receiving a bill of 350+ $ that is almost a year overdue, with no prior warning is unacceptable. After 4 days of chasing tails, I was finally able to obtain an email, and received a phone call from a company who was now hired to manage their billing, since, and I quote what the gentleman told me on the phone "Skyline was not doing a good job, they hired us to do that and you are not the only one receiving a bill like that." We were just hired last week and are trying to catch up with balances. Thanks champ, if that's supposed to make me feel better, it doesn't! So I explained to the gentleman that I did everything, due diligence, on my end, to the best of my knowledge, obtained the approval, paid my deductible and co-pay, switched to Chirocare USA when switching insurance, so I don't see how I should be held accountable for the screw up on Skyline's part! I want to know who dropped the ball, who sent me the approval email, since it came from their info email and was not signed, and that person should be held accountable. The gentleman informed me that this person may not even be there anymore since they have such a high turnaround. I DON'T CARE! If I had a balance, and continued to receive treatments, they should have informed me! He told me the most they will likely be willing to do is offer me a 3 months payment plan and break up my balance into 3 payments. I don't think so Skyline! You are messing with the wrong person! Your screw up, own up to it and bite your bullet!
