It's really hard to find someone who hand washes cars without scratching the car or still leaving it dirty. JD is the king of hand washes in the Tempe area. I hadn't washed my car for 2 months, so it was filthy. I contacted JD via email and he got back to me early the next day. From there we spoke over phone and text to confirm a day and time. Very nice guy, very professional. My car is clean and smells fresh. When I find someone that does a great job, I usually don't go anywhere else. So I will be a definite repeat customer here.

Googled various car detail shops. I stopped here unannounced and met J. D. So I could explain the damage on my truck’s paint. A “ that no one seemed to have seen before “. After checking it out he decided to try to polish it out to see if it would work. Not only he was successful he removed both areas of the rust damage. I agreed to come for a complete detail. Not knowing if I will or not he asked me for a tip!!! Awesome service and the real way to take care of your customers.

I got a complete interior restoration and I was very impressed with the results! I do keep my car generally clean but there were some spills on my seats and marks on the ceiling from moving that I was particularly interested in having cleaned. When my car was done there was absolutely no sight of the marks. JD’s customer service was also very impressive! He was quick to respond, got me on the schedule with very short notice, and was overall pleasant to work with. I’ve already referred one friend to JD’s business and will likely be raving about them whenever I can! I’ll be coming back for more services whenever my car needs it—I can’t recommend Sleek Image Auto Detailing enough.

A fantastic shop! Their work is top notch. They are great to work with. I had some paint transfer form someone hitting my car in a parking lot, they removed the transfer and polished the car 15 minutes after I called. I cannot recommend them enough.

Trusted shop where I get my car fully detailed! They do a great job, worth every penny. Also a great window tint place if you want ceramic coating or IRX! One of the only shops that provide lifetime warranty too.

I tried to make an appointment with the owner, J.D. He took days to get back to me, texting me random questions here and there about my car, and then not responding back for 12-24 hours at a time. When I told him that this appointment was extremely hard to make, and I didn't feel like it was good customer service, he responded back with once again, very poor customer service. He wasted days of my time. I would have loved to taken in my car, he has amazing reviews, but I was not impressed with how he handled my business.

JD did an amazing job detailing my new car. His prices are very competitive and his work is unmatched! I will definitely be coming back to his shop for future work.
