Went to this place this morning for lab work, after a DISASTROUS experience with LabCorp. The people at SMH were just amazing! Polite, friendly and reassuring.
My mammogram appointment was for 2:30 and I arrived a few minutes early to reception to fill out paperwork. The front desk staff was friendly and I was called to the back in about 5 minutes and met my technician Emily. The whole process went smoothly and Emily was kind and patient. I was in and out of there by 3pm.
Check in receptionist was not wearing a required mask.
I always receive great service here.
Why does the door, website, and google say you open at 6am. Then look so dumb founded that I’m at the door. Here’s an idea, change the time on everything if you don’t open up that early. Common sense please, it’s clear you don’t care about people’s time
Incompetent. Rude. Inconsiderate. Over and over. NEVER go there if you have ANY other option.
