The staff is knowledgeable about tool manufacturers, knows what is available at all times and will make sure you leave their shop feeling confident about your purchase. Don't let the size of the shop fool you, the also have a warehouse full of products not on display.

To buy a Makita 18 V battery you have to order first, then wait a week to get it from their warehouse. There is none available in the store… why??

Great place to get tools or get them repaired can drop off tools for manufacture warranty

Dropped tools that needed repairs. Salesperson was helpful on repair information. Too bad Bosch saw needs to be sent to the mainland. Surprised service center has closed. Browsed the store.
