Slope Storage and Warehouse

When I was desperate to find parking I called Park Slope Self Storage at the suggestion of a friend. While it is not right around the block from where I live, it is worth it to walk the extra steps. This facility is totally gated and the manager on duty is almost always there. But, the best part is that the manager, Dell really cares and gives you personalized service. If he sees something amiss with your car he will call you. When I called looking for parking he went above and beyond to help me out in addition to being personable, understanding, knowledgable and friendly. Dell is definitely a valuable asset to this facility.

This was the most easiest and very enjoyable experience. Dell really helped me out with no hesitation and he was quick with the process of getting me my unit. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a storage unit

I have been a customer here for one year. I love the access hours and the outside storage makes parking and transporting my property to and from a dream. The best thing about this location is the on-site manager, Rhaudel. Seven months ago, my storage was hit by a vehicle leaving an open gap on the side that not only let all types of weather in it but was next to impossible to open and close with no resolution despite my numerous complaints. Rhaduel took it upon himself to not only find me a replacement storage space, moved me in as well! Thank you, Rhaudel, for your timely and prompt assistance. To me, a business is only as good as the employees who work there and this employee proved my point.

By far Del is one of the best onsite managers I've ever met. Calm, courteous, and professional in every aspect. If I need anything, he's quick response to resolve any issues with parking spots or units is unrivaled.

Had a great experience renting a UHaul from here. My girlfriend, who picked it up, was a little confused at first but easily figured out where to go! I had a billing question and spoke to Jay, who I believe may be the owner. He was very nice and helpful, really seemed like a great guy! I am very happy with the quality of service and friendliness. Happy to have given these guys my business

This place no longer rents U-Haul vehicles and is under new ownership so disregard my past experience here, as it is no longer applicable. Van rented was in very good condition. Instructions regarding getting the vehicle and putting a photo of my driver's license front and back online through an app that I don't know how secure it is, is something I am very uncomfortable with; especially if I am there in person and you can make a photocopy of it for your records... Returning the van after hours was a bit confusing as to where the van should be left. Good luck!

I went to Slope Storage to rent a 10ft Uhaul truck and it was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in New York. The person who helped me was not only efficient in handling the paperwork but also didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions about checking damages and even spotted unmarked damage on the truck and showed me how to submit a dispute. On top of that he was kind enough to help direct me out of the facility when there was construction equipment and a flood blocking the road. He didn’t have to do that but his help made my life so much easier. The dolly I requested was already in the truck when I arrived and the truck I got was clean and even had a camera for backing up. I really couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for everything!

If I could provide a negative star, I would do so. The management of the business is never present and loathe to respond to any request to speak with a customer. Bear in mind that you will be storing your belongings in an outdoor environment, which will inevitably experience issues when it comes to waterproofing. In all seriousness, there is an indoor U-haul just a couple of blocks up the road. I moved my belongings there and have been very happy since. This is not an attack on the company itself, but a cautionary tale to any shoppers who value quality service and genuine security of their belongings.
