Doing business with Small Businesses Promotions have been a blessing to our family owned, small business. Their efficiency, excellent turn around time, communication, and reasonably priced products for our Ice Manufacturing business, has been a dream come true. We've ordered from them for over 4 years and have no plans on going elsewhere. Thanks Michael for always been responsive and great.
Michael runs a 5 Star business! We order our carbon copy triplicate Delivery Receipts from him and he is always on time, professional and easy to work with. His company was actually a referral for us from another customer of Michael's, which speaks directly to how well liked he is in his chosen field. This is a transaction you will not regret!
Michael customized some multi-part forms for one of my clients and we have re-ordered several times. The forms look great and he makes the re-ordering process easy and efficient for me. I'll be back next time a client needs printed materials.
I have ordered sales invoices in the past using the same layout for many years. This time we decided to update our invoices and Michael helped us create fabulous new invoices. He emailed proofs and worked with us to customize the invoice template to meet our needs. The print and ship time was quick and the invoices look great.
The quality of the business cards I received was exceptional. The communication from the company was fabulous. There was an error in the editing mostly my fault that Michael corrected in a timely manner. I could not be happier and am glad I found a company for all my future business printing.
I was given a proof to approve that was two colors and when my sales receipts came in they were only printed in one color. I reached out to Michael Reid and he was extremely rude and refused to fix the issue, even though I had the email thread showing what I had approved in full color. When I called to speak to him on the phone, he hung up on me and has refused to even try to make things right. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.
What a pleasure to work with. He was professional, quick, efficient and took care of my customer service needs expediently every time, despite my own busy schedule sometimes preventing my own quick response. Like a cool drink of water in this industry, thanks Mr. Reid!!
Michael was absolutely wonderful even if I was a little trying. He was awesome with getting my forms just the way I wanted them. Everybody should use him! he gets 100 stars!
Small Business Promotions assisted my company and I in getting tags for our physical inventory. We need tags that were simple and bi-lingual with a quick turnaround time. Small Business Promotions checked all the boxes. Very happy with the product and would recommend.
