Hi, I would like to rate Mr Smalls on his professionalism and his accuracy. I had contact Smalls Bail Bondsman on Saturday, April 6, 2024 in need of help!! . Mr. Smalls answered the phone very politely, taken my information and went to work. I found him very easy to work with. Mr. Smalls was very very very respectful of my needs as far as Bailing , one of my love ones out. He didn't give you too much he given me and asked me exactly what he needed to move forward as a Bails Bondsman. I would recommend anyone that lives in the Atlanta area that's in need of a Bondsman to Smalls Bail Bondsman. ,Mr. Smalls is the guy.!!!!!!!! Mr. Smalls know his job and gets the job done in a timely professional manner. Please, I will recommend him for anyone. I wish she was in all States. I must say, If Mr. Small was to become a Bails Bondsman trainer, I guarantee you, you will be just as good and professional and punctual as he is. Smalls Bail Bonding has always been my goto if ever needed 15 years and counting..smooth seemless procedure and Mr. Smalls is extremely communicative and helpful. Hopefully I won't need him again..but if I do, he will be the first one I call.

Getting arrested is a tough experience to go through. My family didn’t have enough money to bail me out so I was referred to Smalls Bail Bonds. There are so many sneaky companies out there that will take your money and provide you with terrible service not to mention I’m afraid of signing a contract that end up making me owe more money than originally agreed upon. I called for bond assistance and the guy identified as Smalls was rude and unprofessional. I answered his question by replying that I am trying to get what I needed done as possible, and the guy started to scream. Told me I was upset, but I am not. I did not even raise my voice. However, I thought that it was crazy to not have his system operated and he is open for business. How could he assist if he does not have the proper equipment?

This group is great at making things simple, even if You make everything complicated! They do what they say and will meet at all hours of the night. They're 24 hours is for real. And they were less than the the bigger competitors out there! I can't thank them enough for their speedy process in getting things done! I'm sure that just staying in touch & updated will keep us in good standing. I will update further after some time & experience so I can confirm this post through & through. Till then.....

Terrible experience here! This bonding company will charge you well above your bond and harass you to receive payment. For example.... if your bond requires a 10% or 12% cash bond this company will charge 15% to 17% and will not work with you on terms of payment. They will just constantly harass you for payments and threaten you with legal repercussion. My advise... go to free at last bonding or just Google any other bonding company.

I've been to them before my ex had a high bond in they worked with him they give you a chance. up to you to mess that up the owner is kool tell them what you can pay on the payment plan in stick to it THANKS GUYS
