We are able to find you the BEST mortgage rate with both local and national banks. We do the shopping for you, and save you the time and effort it would take going to each bank physically. You also will be able to get rates quotes from mainland banks that physically do not have a brick and mortar shop here in the islands. We also protect your credit information by limiting the amount of times your credit is pulled. Traditionally, 5 applications at 5 different banks would require 5 credit pulls. However, we pull your credit once and your application can be shopped at those same 5 banks and more without those banks having access to your Social Security Number and personal information!
