Perfect, Tidy and in an extraordinary spot for riverfront occasions. Sort of a harsh piece of town. in any case, downtown is turning into an unpleasant spot all in all..

It is basically just a chunk of concrete that you can ride your bike on hahaha Don't know what else to say

Safe place to park car. Pricing was reasonable on the weekend. Spots were a bit small, but that's to be expected in a big city like Portland.

I always park here. Just cheap and easy

We park here whenever we go out and leave our car for more than a couple hours. The lot is always monitored and open all night so there’s no need to rush back. Spots are a little bit of a tight squeeze but with my Toyota Tacoma I’ve managed to make it work every time.

Clean, Tidy and in a great spot for riverfront events. Kind of a rough part of town. but downtown is becoming a rough spot in general

Good price and the area is lit up well and not sketchy like the other public parking spots
