Smart Park Garages

The parking garage seems safe but it's difficult to get out of since you are at the street level. There are alot of people all over that seem to gather and try to intimidate people in this city. Trying to pull out of a garage had us worried we were going to have our car damaged. Avoid this area until the police are able to patrol again.

Great access to downtown area

Clean parking garage with an easy to access staircase that exits street side for easy waterfront access. The entrance is on Jefferson Street, and you cannot enter from 1st Street. This took a minute for me to figure out upon entering. The prices are fair and competitive.

Paying with cash can be a time consuming process, however, if you have a debit/credit card, you can simply insert it for payment as you are leaving the garage. Convenient to the Multnomah County Justice Center, Portland Police Bureau, and Federal Courthouse.

The cheapest parking you can find close to the waterfront.

Quick in and out and easy access to the freeways.
