They were great with my hair but for some reason it didn't take right and they refused to fix my hair or give me my money back because they said swimming ruined it. Yet I have had many other colors before such as green, blue and red and I have NEVER had it completely strip before. I called corporate and they even said it must not have been done right. They were quite rude when I asked for my money back or it to be fixed
