My daughter went in to get her hair fixed it was badly cut. They charged her for their screw up. When I asked why they said it was fine. If I could post a picture I would. It was not fine. Then the gal got rude and hung up on me. So unprofessional!!

took my daughter in for a trim today. Her hair was down to her waist and she needed a trim...Her hair is totally butchered, what should of been a straight across cut, now is very uneven and looks like it was cut with an ax by a blind woman. I have one upset daughter!!! do not recommend this place at all.

It took 3 stylists to cut my son’s hair. He has short hair. They seemed confused on how to cut his hair. They did a awful job. Will never go back!

Arrived at 7:45 and they close at 8pm they said they were closed when I walked in. I said , you close at 8. Right? She said yes we're not taking anymore. I'll never go there again.
