SMASHBOXX PC

Incredible shop for a custom PC build. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. My review is a few months late so sadly forgot names. I had brought my pc in to get a liquid cooler and new mother board installed. They went above and beyond with quality of wire management! I also had a less than adequate power supply that I was unaware of. After paying I was told they swapped it out to a newer PSU because my old one was becoming unsafe. I can not say it enough, these guys are the BEST!!!

We went there to buy pokemon cards and I picked up to psa graded Ho-Oh slabs for am amazing price!!!

Huge shoutout to the boys at Smashboxx, dropped off a PC build that i was having issues with 24 hours later I'm writing a review from it happy as can be. Don't hesitate to use these guys are they easy to deal with and know their stuff. Thanks again guys you got a life long customer.

Called for a M.2 standoff and screw and while this was not something they sell, they were able to assist me for my mother in law’s computer before I left town. Great store, great service if I lived closer I would definitely go back. Maybe next time I’m in town.

Person at the counter wasn't actively rude, but wasn't really listening to my questions either. They put a lot of effort into building a PC that was aesthetically pleasing with a fair price tag, but their customer service could use some improvement.

So my bf and I more so my bf were looking to get a super beefy PC built and this company was the only one who reached out to us nicely. Steve and Alex were both so informative and amazing, all of our concerns and specific requests were all solved and granted. We were looking of spending from 5k to 6k and they were to able to stick within the budget and upgrade some of what we had asked. When my bf used his computer and he almost cried when he opened up his games, he is overly satisfied especially with how fast he got it which was less than 10 days! Def recommend this place!! 100/10

I don't leave reviews often, but these guys were honestly the best. It helps me find the SATA data cable that I was in need of, and they were more than welcoming and friendly. Love them lots, and I recommend everyone stop by here if you're in need of PC repairs, parts, and technical expertise because they are amazing at it!

I have had my custom built PC for a few weeks now so I feel confident in reviewing. I was trapped in RMA purgatory with cyberpower after getting a PC from them, I decided to scrap the whole thing and try to find someone local that I could actually speak to face to face. I came into this shop just to check it out and within 30 minutes of talking to Alex he had all the parts I wanted found and was ready to build. He finished it within a week of me walking into the store, and the computer runs amazingly! I’m so happy I went with them and not a big computer dealer that sends out DOA pieces of junk. Thanks!

As a father of a 12 year old that has been saving for years for his first gaming PC, I was very happy we chose Smashboxx to help us. Alex and his staff were amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone needing PC work. Alex was able to help us fit a budget and maximize performance, but what blew us away was how much he went out of his way to help educate us on the choices made. He even through in some extras for my son which made his first and most expensive purchase ever an amazing experience.
