My wife and I have been working with Dave Smeak from Smeak Real Estate Company in our search for our first house. Dave offered to sit down with us to discuss the procedures of going through the "house buying process". Since this was our first time he was more than helpful with giving us information and making sure we understood.
Dave was more than helpful in assisting us in finding homes meeting our criteria of what we wanted in a house along side a range that we could afford. Dave was always proactive in helping us locate possible matches and setting up visits to these houses that was at our convenience.
Furthermore, Dave went above and beyond in helping us with contacts for inspectors and contractors that we requested. He also made himself readily available throughout the day to answer any questions we had or obtain any information we needed.
I definitely recommend Dave Smeak to help you find your home!

Owner Dave Smeak has a wealth of experience and is truly focused on his clients. He takes great care in working with people to make sure they find the right home or the right buyer. His knowledge of homes, properties, and locations helps his clients maximize their investments and avoid future problems!!

Dave Smeak went above and beyond to help us find the right house. Did an outstanding job keeping an open line of communication through the entire process. I would highly recommend Smeak Real Estate!

Dave went above & beyond for us when we purchased our first home. He met with us whenever it was convenient for us whether it was late in the evening or on the weekend. Every house we were interested in, he promptly scheduled them all for us to see. He made multiple trips to the house we ended up buying just so our family members could see it. He made the process so easy & stress free. I highly recommend him & we look forward to working with him again as we purchase our second home.
