Great place to do all your dental care. Very professional Staff, the building is pristine. Even if you are scared about going to a dental office, you will not be with this place. They make you feel like you feel like you are at a party or your best friends home. Even my 9 years old son, who is typically terrified with dental office, went and did his cleaning by himself without a concern. Dr. Noor is the ultimate professional. I will recommend this place to everyone. But don’t take my word for it, pay them a visit for yourself so you can be the judge. Thanks, Smile Cafe for your professionalism, hospitality and care that you shown towards your customers. I truly admire the level of professionalism that was demonstrated towards your customers on my visit. Place keep up the excellent work. One of the BEST place for all of your dental needs in NYC.

Very thorough and in depth check up. Never have I received as much information about my teeth and gums from a dentist and explanations on why certain conditions are there and how to properly treat them. I usually feel like I’m being taking to the cleaners when I go for a visit as the dentist always recommends a number of treatments I “need” but nothing was pushed on me here. My options however were explained for more long term issues which weren’t urgent. The doctor also examined my tongue and alerted me to a possible issue more than likely due to my teeth rubbing against it on one side that I should get checked by a medical doctor just in case so all in all I am extremely happy with the visit and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Amazing dentists! Amazing staff! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I will. They are beyond kind and so informative. Dentist are very gentle and really care about their patients. So happy I came back here again. I trust them with my teeth!

I have been coming to Smile Cafe for many years. Dr Luis is great with orthodontic work. He takes his time & explains everything to you. Dr Noor always makes sure to say hello and handle any dental concerns you may have. Ingrid is an amazing hygienist, I always enjoy my appointments with her. Ronnie and Astrid have always been helpful with payment/billing/payment issues and always work with you. Overall, the staff has always been friendly and professional!

Dr. Luis & Nori did an amazing job with my smile. From braces to fillings, cleaning and teeth whitening I couldn’t be more happy of the outcome. Their customer service is excellent. Their prices are fair. I will highly recommend anyone looking for an honest and professional dentist.

Dr luis is simply the best, most patient orthodontist I ever met.I really feel reassured everyrime I am in his care. I only wish my daughter did her braces here. As a matter of fact the entire staff has been so good. Pleasant, patient kind. They took their time to explain everything to me

It’s very rare that you find a dentist who will actually sit with you to explain and show genuine concern about the health of your teeth. I could complain about the time it took for me being in that office but a person taking their time with you and getting it right is better than a person rushing and messing up. I will definitely be going back soon

I have been one of Smile Cafe’s patients for a very long time. Their customer service remains impeccable which is a lot to say post-Covid. Their patient outreach also speaks volumes. As a provider and recipient of health care I feel patient outreach makes the difference between standard care and quality care. It makes you feel seen and heard. The follow-up is most important in my book. Dr. Noor and is his team, their service, quality of work it sets the standard for quality dental care pre and post Covid.

I am going to echo everyone who is saying this place is a scam. They ruined my beautiful smile, and I want a refund! I found this place through Groupon in early 2021. I went in for a consultation because I had some spacing in my two front teeth. After speaking with Dr. Noor, who assured me he invented attachments on the back of the teeth for Invisalign, I had a quote for $6,800. I had Invisalign a couple of years prior and stressed this to them because this amount for a minor correction seemed too high. Through her pushy sales tactics, Astrid convinced me to get a loan by explaining that I was signing up for a credit. The office also claimed I needed fillings and even threatened that I had to pay $75 if I was late to any appointments. Sidenote: Christy, who makes the appointments, is always incredibly rude on the phone. I have complained about her to no avail. A dental assistant who goes by "professor" never wants to tell me his real name, is always fake-friendly and never knows how to explain what procedures I am getting. He doesn't listen to me when I have told him countless times that my smile is crooked. He repeatedly dismissed me when I told him I wanted to whiten my teeth. During my first consultation, Dr. Noor claimed my jaw was not aligned after I questioned needing 60+ aligners to fix minor spacing in my two front teeth. He convinced me I needed to correct it. After nearly TWO years of Invisalign treatment, the alignment of my smile is extremely crooked. This office made it worse. The spacing in my top teeth is still visible, and now my jaw is misaligned. My teeth curve to the right. They now have me doing 35 more trays to fix my bite. My smile is worse, and Dr. Noor told me some patients take 5+ years of treatment. I went in to discuss dental bonding a few weeks ago, and Dr. Noor told me I needed a different treatment. The dentist came in and said that I indeed needed dental bonding. I realized Dr. Noor is a con artist and a poor "orthodontist." I cannot believe the lengths this office went to con me out of thousands of dollars, and now my smile is worse than when I arrived for a consultation two years ago. I emailed them to get my dental records and am still waiting for a reply. I do not trust that they can correct the alignment of my teeth that they ruined. I urge everyone to get a second opinion. This place only wants your money!

I have been coming to Smile Cafe Dental for many years and it is a wonderful place. You feel the welcoming since the day prior the appointment when Christy emails/texts you to confirm your visit, the communication is so personalized. The next day, when you come in the door, you find a such warm and gentle interaction with Nirbasky Lopez. He is always smiling, like Astrid. The office is clean, bright, on time, and beautiful music! Luis is one of the most professional specialists that I have worked with in my life, I feel that he cares deeply about what he is doing and he makes sure that I understand every step of the procedures and plan, I have never felt rushed the opposite. Of course, Dr. Noor is surrounded by wonderful people because of the way he is himself. I highly recommend Dr. Noor; he has gone way beyond any specific plan and customized his treatment to my needs as a patient. I did have a complicated procedure and he coordinated with more than one specialist, the communication was fantastic, and I felt supported, heard, validated, and ultimately receiving the best possible care.
