My Smile Guide Aiesha was the best! Not only was my visit convenient but Aiesha was highly trained and informed me on everything I needed to know to get me started on #myjourney to a better smile! The location is in the heart of the city, and parking is validated, which I found out after paying a meter. Oh well, I guess I supported my city in some type of way lol I’m definitely telling my friends about Smile Direct and referring them to the same building!!!
I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the whole experience was. Our Dental Assistant, Tatiana, was the sweetest and most professional Assistant I could have asked for. She was extremely thorough and patient… eager to answer any questions we had. I’m thoroughly impressed. Definitely not a questionable business. I’m excited to have my son start…. I’ll follow after. She sold me, too. Can’t wait
2019 I invested my money and time into this company. I paid the $1850 in full & at once. All to be put on the back burner for new customers. I was halfway through my treatment when month 4 retainers weren't fitting on my teeth correctly. I emailed customer care about my issue and sent pictures of how they were not fitting. I was told to go to a local office to get my teeth remolded and to wear my month 3 retainers for 2 weeks until the new ones come in. Ain't hear for anyone. Week 4 I sent an email about the status of my retainers a rep apologized to me for the delay and the reason was because they were so overwhelmed with new customers. I talked to someone about it over the phone and I told the lady , I don't care how many new customers y'all having, I paid y'all in full I'm not making payments on nothing so I should be first priority. I didn't break my end of the contract SmileDirect did. I told the woman, I'll take my losses but I want at least half of my money back. But I had to return the unused retainers that were delivered AFTER THE FACT in order for me to get credited. By right I was suppose to get ALL MY money back. Luckily I didn't get a lawyer involved because the retainers that was delivered was a full 6 month treatment as if I had to start the process all over when I was in month 3. That's what made me talk to a live person because my teeth had done shifted back to it's original state waiting on them. And I do have my email for receipts also if anyone wants to challenge what I'm saying about the company.
My visit to the smile direct club was nothing short of awesome. My daughter has been wanting aligners to help correct her teeth for a while. Aiesha was very thorough of what to expect of the visit and the process. She listened to our concerns and ask very important questions that help us to understand our needs. Aiesha really got to know a little more and was very personable. The atmosphere was very positive, private, and neat. I am overjoyed to have taken this step and having Aiesha as a part of this journey. Thanks again for such a great visit, because of you I am confident that we made the right decision.
My Smile Guide Tatiana was AMAZING!!!! Very detailed and professional. Great conversation and overall person. She talked to me about getting the retainer and I was sold.. Would recommend to anyone..
Had a great experience when I went to my 3D scan. Tatiyana was awesome!! Process was easy, location easy to get to and all the information was explained thoroughly. Excited about the next step!!
I just received my 3 set of aligners and if I didn’t know any better I’d think they used someone else’s impressions. I’ve made at least 5 complaints. Emails, calls and through the app. Customer service reps are nice and do their best. I feel bad for them cause I’m sure they hear countless complaints! Please take your money elsewhere!

Customers just because your experience started off great does not mean it's going to in great. Customer service stinks they will hang up on you when you trying to voice your opinion they will chover charge you and you better hope you get something in writing and you might want to record every phone call that you have with them because I paid for the service and I never I paid for the retainer I never received my retainer and they don't want to fix the problem only thing they want to do is send me to collections.
The 3d scan was very satisfying. I got a free whitening kit. Tatiyana at the Poydras location was very polite and answer any question I had.
