Smile Direct Club

My experience with Smile Direct Club Honolulu was fantastic. From the simplest of things like easy to follow direction to the site, to the cleanliness for the office, and the easiness of the scan… everything was just pleasantly perfect. Thanks to the staff for making me feel welcome. They answered all of my questions. I felt no pressure to purchase. I recommend them to everyone seeking a better smile!

Tina my SmileGuide, was amazing, she is super friendly and helpful. She walks you through every step of the process and she answered every question I had. The consolation was so quick and easy. If you ever thought about straightening your teeth, I highly recommend going to see Tina and the rest of her SmileGuides.

The smile I got after completing the smile direct club prescription is upside down. F. I'm going back into their office to complain and ask for a refund to bring to another company. They should be sued!! I tried to add pictures, but conveniently, that is not allowed. Terrible!!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! I typically hate going to dental appointments because of past experiences but Janet and Ashley were so awesome, I would love to go back just for fun! They do a very good job with informing you of what the treatment process will be like, answering FAQs, and just overall making you feel as comfortable as possible, reassuring you that support will be available 24/7. Super fast, great service, and treatment plans are definitely affordable. Highly recommended.

I had an awesome time having my 3D scan done, Stephanie did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend the office visit over the imprint kit you do by yourself at home. It's free, and you get a little whitening kit to take home!They do validate parking for the garage downstairs. Directions to get there: go to building 5, up to the third floor, to the left all the way down the hall. UPDATE 2/15: Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. It has been 8 weeks and I still have not received my aligners they advertise 4-5 weeks you should have them for the past 3 weeks when I call about my order the recording tells me that it is being processed for shipping. Why has processing taken more than 3 weeks? When I get a real person on the phone all they can tell me is that they are backed up... umm... yeah, I noticed. They can't even give me an estimate for when my aligners will arrive. They have not offered any partial refunds.

The whole office was friendly and welcoming. Janet explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. I am excited to start this process and I highly recommend it for anybody wanting to fix their smile.
