Great location in Westside pavilion. Excellent experience and results. So much better than using strips for not much more $. Kristin is awesome. Highly recommended. I will be returning.

I truly love everything about this place! 1) Most importantly, it works! They do a before and immediate after comparison of your teeth shade so that you can see how much whiter your teeth get after each 15 min session. I used to do two 15min sessions but since I've been taking better care of my teeth I just do one now. :) 2) I LOVE the staff. Everyone here remembers me (been coming since their orig Westside Pav location) and makes me feel welcome. They even let me pick what kind of music I listen to on their speakers while I get my teeth done. Communicate anything you want during your appointment and the staff accommodates! 3) This location is by appointment only now, but it's easy to schedule online. I prefer to call in so that I can get a confirmation asap. 4) Location is convenient with parking that's validated 5) Sometimes they have a Yelp check-in deal and holiday package options so stock up on sessions when they offer them! Had THE best experience at SmileLabs LA! Made my appointment by calling in, girl on the phone answered all of my questions since it was my first time whitening my teeth. (It won't be the last!) When I came in everything was just as explained! Simple process, immediate results, relaxing environment, fun employees! Loved that it worked and I had instant results. I did two sessions in immediate succession -- they said that was recommended for best results and I highly agree! It didn't hurt at all! You have to avoid certain foods after your appointment or you can add a protection treatment that allows you to eat right away. I was on a time crunch so I passed on this option, but I'll def get it next time I return for my touch up. My teeth went from the dark side of the scale to whiter than the middle so I'm hoping to move closer to the whitest shade!! Can't wait to see you again SmileLabs!
