Learned about Smilelabs of Pleasanton through Mutual client. Went to website, Scheduled appt. went in on a Saturday. My teeth got at least 2/3 shades whiter. Pretty seamless process thank you

They cancelled my appointment twice!! No phone calls whatsoever, just bam! Can't do..emailed prospect client - cancel!! We all have schedule - you can't just cancelled appointment like that, twice!! And when I complained the same guy who spoke to me on the phone and cancelled me over and over again, said: "You got discounted price...bla bla" What is that supposed to mean?! Is it because I purchase it at discounted price, so you can cancel me just like that? He said because it's mother's day! Didn't you look on your calendar for availability? I wouldn't mind to change schedule if they let me know, their operation days and hours, of course. Plain unprofessional. I hope he is not the owner of this place, because if he is, then he absolutely has no business outlook or how to approach a prospect client. Because I believe the point of promoted this place on that discounted website, is to introduce their business. They got good reviews from 2016, I have no idea if the filter their reviews but honestly...nu-uh. Thumbs down.
