Smiling Moon Guitars is a full service stringed instrument service, repair, restoration and custom build shop. Owned and operated by myself, Kevin Marshall, Luthier, with twenty years experience. If it has strings on it, I will work on it. If I have never worked on a particular instrument, I will do the research. I do anything from basic set ups to major restorations. Fret jobs, neck resets,structural repairs, electronics, major modifications. I can machine obsolete parts or I have the contacts to have it done. Specializing in acoustic and electric guitars and basses. Mandolins, banjos, resonators, ukuleles, sitars, veenas, lap steels, pedal steels and so on.
