Smith Tower

I have been coming to the Smith Tower for decades, and I have had great experiences. Exceptional medical professionals and great supporting staff. The building is well-maintained, and the parking is much more efficient here than neighboring towers.

Absolutely terrible. They charge 7 dlls for parking and their machines dont read tickets well. No instructions. The staff are useless. EVERYONE leaves the offices at 5 pm so you get a line of people trying to pay their tickets for parking. Just frustruating.

Service always excellent and personnel are competent and very friendly.

I give this hospital 1 star. They will leave you dying in the street if you dont pay them any money upfront.

Been waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room. When I got here there was nobody here. Asked what the hold up was. They said there was a lot of people...I'm sure there is it's been 3 hours.

Always get in early for appointments.
