Mike Eller was phenomenal. We saw this car online and called the next day to see if it was available. Mike made sure we could secure the car and get in to fill out a few papers and take it home. That’s exactly what we did. Our whole buying experience was about an hour! We were in and out with our new vehicle. Everyone at the shop was awesome. Will definitely buy from here again
***Update - The rear camera is now malfunctioning again despite having been "fixed" and charged the diagnostic. Reached back out to general manager Justin and to no surprise there has been no reply. Save your money, save your vehicle and take it literally anywhere else.*** We were told the warranty on our 3-year-old car is voided due to evidence of chipped paint on screws on trunk lid. This location completed a recall repair to fix the faulty trunk lid that was unable to support itself. This location is the only company that has ever performed maintenance or repairs on this vehicle, which was purchased new. We believe this company voided the warranty by removing the trunk lid to complete the recall repair, causing the diagnostic fee for the recent malfunction of the backup camera located in the trunk lid. We offered to pay for the oil change service while we worked out the dispute about the diagnostic fee, but technician told us "Pay all or nothing" and when we refused, stated we were "stealing" the car by using a spare key to drive the vehicle home. Contact with the service manager was not fruitful and he "guaranteed" it was not his workers that removed the trunk lid. We felt threatened when then service manager told us to come in and discuss "face-to-face". Contact with the general manager was not fruitful. He accused us of "theft of service" for not paying the diagnostic fee or oil change fee which we offered multiple times to pay and were denied. We clarified that there is no history of dissatisfaction with this location. We advised we felt cheated to pay the $80 and must pay it to receive our other key to the vehicle. General manager requested that we "Remove the complaint to the better business bureau". We will not remove the complaint. Due to coercion and consumer profiteering, as well as holding our property for a literal ransom of $80, we have no choice but to pay the fee to have our property returned. We will take every available opportunity to share this experience through every available outlet. Better Business Bureau, VW of America, Yelp, and Google reviews and complaints have been submitted.
I feel the same as my fiance as to this place doesn't respond well to want the customer is asking for. You shouldn't as what vehicle they would like if you don't want to help them get that one. All they did was try to get us to purchase something more expensive and we wanted something of lesser price value. Loan companies would jump on a lower price value if the salesman did his job correctly. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
I absolutely love my 2021 Tiguan! The team here is great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Rick, Myron and Christian all made it happen. Smith was the first place I went while shopping for a new vehicle. Came full circle a week later as they seemed to want and appreciate my business more than other dealerships I was actively shopping. You just may have yourself a repeat customer for years to come! Thanks! Would recommend to family and friends or anyone looking to purchase a VW.
My wife and I worked with Myron Horsey and had a wonderful experience. Myron was helpful, patient, and not pushy at all. Definitely one my better car buying experiences.
Amazing customer service, I called in last minute and they were able to help me. I had a work event in Delaware and my flight got canceled because of Hurricane Ian, and was forced to drive to Delaware and while on my way there my battery died, and Mike was able to help me out and make sure I wasn’t left on the side of the road on my way down to FL.
They where such a big help great people Mike in the sales department was awesome if I could give more stars I would he went above and beyond for me good guy go check him out
Best experience by far buying a new car! I never leave reviews but Matt and Mike over at this dealership had me in and out. No hassling. Super laid back and and made this process that we all dread so so easy. I would highly recommend any one coming here. All the employees there were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again!!

My experience with Smith Volkswagen, starting with Mike Eller who sold me my new VW Jetta, has exceeded my expectations. He's helped me understand the features of my new car. Mike was both informative and patient with me. I feel like I made a new friend. Everyone I encountered at Smith Volkswagen on the day that I purchased my car and on the days since have been kind and professional. They all demonstrate just how much they care about their customers. And I consider them exceptional!
