Waited behind a vehicle that was getting serviced for almost 30 minutes. When I pulled up, the technician said he only accepts cash ???. I told him I wish he told me that before I waited in line for so long. Horrible customer service , that's why I gave it a 1 .

Always easy and remember to pull up their $17.99 coupon on your phone for an excellent rate. Could have some without the $1.00 credit card fee. It doesn’t cost that much to make this transaction.

It was very simple and only took about 5 minutes! There was no line and the person that did the smog was very quick and professional.

Smog attendant inadvertently pulled my battery cable off my battery while disconnecting his smog equipment causing smog check to be rejected. He ended up charging me 13.99 and saying he was sorry but he couldn’t re-do the test. I would not recommend.
