Smoke Shop

Came to Jim's due to another local smoke shop not having the downstem I needed. Jim was in and immediately made me feel welcomed. Stupendous customer service, Jim was determined to help me find the downstem I needed and a great ashcacher! I would highly recommend for the wonderful energy and customer service. I'll be coming here for all my glass

Jim and his family are some of the nicest people in the neighborhood, they are always looking for ways to give back to the community! I always try to stop in and buy something from the shop to support his local business.

Owner and people working here are kind, friendly, and awesome. Got my fix here and have been the only place I've visited for my goods while I'm in Phoenix. And my hotel isn't far from here so it's fair for me.

It's a convenience store along with a smoke shop. The places like 2 minutes away from my house. So, it is convenient but I probably wouldn't go there if I get bad service like I do in a lot of other smoke shops or convenience stores. This one is great! The workers are great, the owner I've seen a couple times. He treats his employees very well and treats customers just as good. I love the door of shame when you walk in from people stealing. It's pretty funny but sad in other ways knowing how well they treat the customers.

I came in a few weeks ago and asked for a bee bong. When I came in to get it I got an amazing piece for a great price. 10/10 in my book

Don’t buy their products here!!!! Their vapes don’t work and they don’t care they won’t give you a refund or even replace the vape! Terrible service here. I don’t understand how they can let their customers leave with merchandise that doesn’t work.

I've been coming here for about a year now and they have never failed me! Everyone there is so friendly but Mike is definitely my favorite. Even after moving from downtown I still drive here because the service is unbeatable. I'll never go anywhere else!!

My flight got cancelled and I needed some provisions to hold me over for the night. They were just closing and didn't know my predicament, but turned the lights back on and opened back up for us. I was blown away by their courtesy and when I told them how much it meant after being stranded they were even more hospitable. Top notch shop and well stocked with whatever you need.

Found this shop today and I LOVED it! This is literally a one-stop shop. To top it all off, their customer service far exceeded my expectations.
