First experience at this location. Couldnt have asked for it to be any better. We my husband and I were immediately greeted I'm a warm, kind, friendly and professional manner by Marlowe! She made our experience at this store remarkable! From showing us glassware to cleaners and explaining the differences between the items, cost and effectiveness of everything and her patience of a saint with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted/needed! We will absolutely be back soon and although I'm quite certain all the staff are just as friendly, we will be looking for Marlowe. Thanks for making our visit so easy!!!

This place has a lot of glass for smoking and stuff for concentrates. You can get affordable pieces, you can get high end pieces, and you can get pieces that are in between. It is cool because they have a large selection and will most likely have what you are looking for. If you do not find it at this store, you will most likely have to order it online. The employees are helpful and polite. They might not all ways understand what you want but this is just communication errors. Every one has a different word for the same thing. So not get discouraged, just look around or ask someone else.

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a rude salesman who legitimately did not know a thing about what was in stock, luckily I had taken the 15 minutes to find the product I needed without any assistance. A slightly overpriced piece of glass. When I reached the register he hadn't wrapped the glass at all. When I said I wasn't going to transport a small glass piece without bubble wrap he laughed and said it would be a 30 minute wait. So I guess be ready for half assed service and don't buy glass expecting to get home with it intact because bubble wrap is not something given up without a fight.

Awesome store friendly staff . They didnt make you feel stupid and didn't hang over you. Very helpful in finding what I needed and Very knowledgeable. They're items are also reasonably priced and have a huge selection of items to chose from .

I echo the reviews that state this place sells counterfeit and defective products. They offer no returns or exchanges on their products even though none of this is stated to you. And they don't guaranty anything if it leaves their store, again this isn't stated to you or anywhere in the store. I learned this in a span of 2 days when I tried to return a defected product but the manager kept trying to defer the conversation. At one point he even tried to accuse me of counterfeiting product and trying to return it just for money. Eventually, I got my money back from the bank. I will never shop at this establishment ever. The manager and the employees at this location are the worst to deal with. Save yourself the headache and money, shop somewhere else. P.S. Their Yelp page is false and I have reason to believe that the employees or something are down voting the 1 star reviews that echo the same story expressed here to keep a pristine rating so people can shop there. Do not be fooled and avoid this place like the plague.

Love this place, the prices are pretty typical for a headshop but they have a great selection of herbs like kratom and kava. Above all else though, the employees I've dealt with here are extremely kind and helpful. Headshops have a reputation of having rude employees but the employees here don't fit that reputation.

Clean and well organized, but the prices were expensive and the cigars were extremely dry. I bought 3 cigars from Smokedale following the recommendation of their clerk who was friendly and courteous. I asked for something reasonably priced and was shown cigars between $7 and $9. Most of their stock was $10 or more so I was expecting the cigars to be of very high quality. Unfortunately I was in a rush prepping for a party and didn't have time to do a thorough inspection. Upon unwrapping the cigars later that same night I found they were completely dried out. I've never had a drier cigar than what I purchased from Smokedale. I had some cheap $2 cigars leftover from a year ago that held up better than the $7 cigars they sold me. For the money there are way, way better options.

I got a bad vibe upon entering this store. Something about it just made me feel uncomfortable. I looked around for a little bit but didn't buy anything. Some of their vaporizers looked kind of odd, and I have seen a lot of knock offs available online. The employee I talked to said it was real but I didn't want to risk it.

Store is awesome they have just about anything youll need totally recommend! I'd call about vape coils kinda spotty. Loved purchasing here until the smoking age was raised to 21.... But thats out of their control

Had to pick up a couple things last minute and didn't really want to drive to Oakdale. There was an amazing young lady who kindly greeted us even though she was closing in 10 minutes. I had a few questions and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very patient with us. She ended up being a personal shopper for us for 30 minutes. I love the Minneapolis store and Kessa's costumer service was fantastic! I wish all Smokedales customer service was as good as Kessa's.
