Smokey's Pipe and Tobacco

So far the best and friendly low cost glass shop. they have great selections they don't just have glass they have all sorts of varieties accessories and really cool things to look at. the staff that I dealt with was he was really nice we both had good conversation based on all sorts of different products in the varieties how they work so I really appreciate going to Smokey's, great place!

Best prices I've ever found for CBD! Melissa was SO nice; she helped my girlfriend and I through all of our questions, gave a discount, and provided free samples. Not to mention, she was incredibly kind. Best service I've had in Denver! Go here for great people and great products.

My adult son got a great deal on a new pipe. They had really good deals on a huge selection. You should check this place out. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a definite treat to shop here.

Been going here for years. Ashley is the most amazing sales person I've every met with such a vast knowledge of her merchandise. They have a great selection of everything they carry and they stand behind their products. I know its hard to please everyone in this industry and this shop is by far the best at it. Very clean. Every time I have gone in the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good selection and the prices aren't too expensive. Smokey's is a way better option than the big-name chain head shops we have here.

The owners are really helpful and friendly! Kinda people you can come in just to talk too. Prices on glass is ok but there wrap prices can't be beat! Definitely making this my local go to shop for wraps.

Smokey's is Badass! In response to the previous two reviews: if you have been frequenting Smokey's for years, you would know they have "All Sales Final" signs across the store. It is a smoke shop, not an electronic cigarette store, although I've had no problems with the EVOD unit I purchased about a month and a half ago. It also sounds like you did receive an exchange despite the policy, which is common in a headshop. They sell quality glass and the girls there have always treated me in an excellent manner! They buy locally, have a massive selection, will spend hours with their customers, and often cut deals on already good prices. I love Smokey's, it's certainly worth a peek if you're in South Denver. c:

Stopped in today for something pretty specific. It was my first time in and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, but actually made a note of it and said they would try and get it in stock. Awesome way to run a business. Looked around while I was in there and they had a great selection. I'll definitely be going back.

I ran into my boyfriend at this shop just tonight, planning to purchase an electronic cigarette the whole thing from the battery to some extra nicotine for a Christmas gift. I was told as I walked into the store to turn around and take my money elsewhere, as not only did they have a strict no-return policy that they did not warn their customers about before they purchased products, but their products would break within 20 minutes of ownership. My boyfriend had just purchased a nicotine reservoir that broke before he even got the chance to use it and they refused to return or exchange it for a new one. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and refuse to go into a place where they do not realize that they were in the wrong and simply replace a product, especially within 20 minutes of purchase. Be careful about what you purchase from here, should you even dare go in.
