Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo

I ordered a pistol that was on sale from them and received a call a few days later saying that they had over sold the pistol. They did not offer any options outside of canceling the order. Whether the mistake was an technology error with their on-hand counts or just a general logistics error I completely understand, that stuff happens. But, I after researching on their website, I found a comparable pistol that was listed at full price. I called and asked if I could get the same percent off as the original pistol and they were unwilling to work with me at all on options outside of just canceling the sale. I understand that their margin would be less on the second pistol, but if the error is on the business end than you should take the lower margin and extend good customer service.

This place has outstanding customer service! After visiting multiple stores in my town and encountering sexist men who don’t think a woman can buy a guy I decided to try online. Smoky Mountain guns and ammo had UNBEATABLE prices so I called to get more information about shipping and returns, Lindsey was so unbelievably kind to me and helpful! After purchasing I had some delay in shipping but with the help of Lindsey again and Amy they had everything sorted out in no time at all! I would buy from them again and again!

Upon asking about the Military/LEO pricing on Sig Sauer and Glocks they said they weren’t sure. Upon further inquiry they said that they were in the program. Then they went on to play with another customers dog and ignor me. So I resumed asking and then they told me the price on a gun which was the same price that a regular customer would pay. The. The man at the counter told me that the Military/LEO program is not that important to them. Upon speaking to a “manager” he said he is not familiar with the Blue Label Program that they have with Sig Sauer and Glock and I should refer my questions to Josh Hill the Vice President of the facility on a week day instead of asking on a weekend.
