So sad to share this experience.... I was on my way to get lunch from smoothie King and Jason deli. As I was walking next door to get my to go from Jason deli, I was booted by this company. The man Matt Informed me that it did not matter if I was picking up a smoothie from smoothie king after grabbing my Togo, I walked off property & so I must be booted. Sadly Matt would not remove my boot even though I placed a Togo order with smoothie king..... he then proceed to call me names. I had no choice but to pay $75 and leave my smoothie order behind. This man made me feel unsafe, got uncomfortably close.
The manager must’ve been stressed out or something which I can understand being a former RGM. But I think it’s pointless to have a drive thru that only he tells people they can’t place orders at but you can pickup mobile orders you have to go inside. Then I get out the car and go inside where there was a long line and he then tells me, I have to move my car away from the drive thru window before I can order inside because he can’t have a line outside. So I left and went somewhere else.
Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes seeing that the pick up window was completely open. The front door was locked so I couldn’t get in, and was only able to continue to wait until someone came to the window. Decided to walk around to the back and saw the associate just chilling, on his phone in the back, while I’m outside waiting for him to come to the front. Just ended up leaving after I saw that
I’ve never CHEWED a smoothie so much in my life. It was full of old sticky dry pineapple bits and large chunks of ice. Very disappointed. Ordered curbside which apparently doesn’t exist because they have a phone number and no phone.
I'm just tired of spending my hard earned money on smoothies when these guys can't follow instructions. They keep leaving out the ice cream in my Strawberry Hulk, and I asked him did he put it, he replied yes. And I gave him a 50% tip. Only to find out that he did,
If you’re willing to wait 30-40 minutes for a smoothie this is the place for you. And no it was not that crowded, there was one person making sandwiches slowly and taking orders, and one person making smoothies and getting some orders wrong, with 3 people ! in the back doing god knows what, “inventory” related things she said. Completely inefficient and extremely poorly managed.
I ordered 3 days ago and still haven't received the smoothie I paid for. 1st night I ordered at 820 to arrive at 830 to a closed establishment. Per Google and the door, they close at 9 pm. 2nd day I arrive at 358pm to a hand written message on the door they'll be closed until 5pm. 3rd day I arrive at 315pm and they're closed yet again. At this point, I've loaned Smoothie King money as a result of their incompetence to turn off the system that allows you to order considering they had an impromptu closing. I've went above and beyond to correct their mistake and it continues to remain unresolved.
Had no issues for the 5 years Ive been coming here till I showed up today and the one person working said I’m not taking any more orders I’ve been here since 7am and need a break. I get staffing is short all around but either have adequate coverage or close your store all together don’t piece meal pick and choose when you want to offer business.
Greetings! Very unsatisfied! This is the third time that I have visited this smoothie king, and the door was locked but the sign say it opened. How is it at smoothie King on October 12, 2021 between the hours of one and 1:45 PM. The door was locked, the lights were off, but the sign say it opened. Nevertheless I made a order online for my smoothie, and it was deducted from my bank account. I have called, called, and called, because I did not receive my smoothie! As I looked into the store, nobody was there, but all of the ingredients were left on the counter, with no covering! Very unsatisfied! As I stood at the door, there were a couple of subway sandwich shop employees out side taking their smoke breaks, and they advised me that someone was there, but he left in a black car! Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau!
Don’t waste your time and money and day!!!! This location is never open. I had to learn that the hard way I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got there, the store was completely CLOSED! For the whole day! I called corporate to see what the next steps into getting my money back or if the store was suppose to be closed. I was told by corporate that they don’t give refunds and the store has to issue refunds. They offered to give me more points. The problem with getting a refund is the store has to be open… it’s not…. I have yet to hear anything back from the store.
