Smoothie King

Another great experience with Smoothie King. Clean, good quality, excellent and delicious healthy smoothie. Consistency is always there no matter which one I visit. Rangeline Road in Carmel is no different. Thanks for the 32oz Activator Pineapple Spinach masterpiece dinner.

This place is fabulous. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean it is. It just smells clean. Very minimal use of things on the walls. The staff is very friendly with smiles on their faces. There is a nice selection of smoothies to choose from always made fresh before your eyes. A great pick me up and very tasty too.

Came to this location around 7:30pm on August 28th 2022, spent $22 just to get shorted. I hadn’t put my straw into my smoothie until after this photo. The 2 guys that were on the clock did not want to be there. Horrible customer service, they make you not want to come this particular location.

They messed up my friends orders and did not seem too helpful or nice about having to fix the mistake! They aren’t that patient either if you aren’t sure what you want to order, but did give good suggestions! They make great smoothies, but I guess be clear on your ingredients and if they end up changing a recipe because you might not enjoy the taste if it’s different then what you’re use to!

Love the smoothies! Make sure to come on $5 Friday! $5 32 oz smoothies. I usually get the Angel Food smoothie. Yummmm

I recently had a bad experience with this smoothie king. I ordered on the Friday their system was down and it said it did not go through. I found out later like 5 hours later that it actually did go through and I was charged for a drink I didn’t get. I called and the lady helped me, was super nice, and I was able to get refunded the initial amount. However when I got the refund it charged me again so now I’m showing one refund and two $6.54 charges. I called another time and got another nice person on the phone who said they would take care of it. Fast forward to today, I called again because nothing had happened and the lady super polite said she would just make what I had ordered. I agreed and was happy with this. When I went to pick up my drink, they had made a 20oz when I had paid and my receipt said 32oz. I very kindly asked for them to remake the drink and they did so reluctantly and were not nice about it. I even apologized for having them remake it. When I left and tasted my drink it was literally the worst smoothie I have ever tasted. Such a disappointment because I love smoothie king.

Shout out to Smoothie King Carmel today! I came in with an order of 11 smoothies and they completely rocked the order along with handleling all the online orders on top of it.... with only two kids working. Way to go guys! I am super impressed.

Loved this location and the staff Holly and Haley were exceptional. If I was indecisive, they always were extremely helpful on some new flavors. I loved walking in there, and was always greeted with a smiling face, and thank you; very welcoming. Went Monday and today, and it's tense in there. To the owners, you lost 2 great employees. Great customer service is what brings customers back.

This place is great, I've come in with seriously large orders of 10 to 13 smoothies and they always turn out great. Although I'm sure the staff doesn't love me very much, but I appreciate it. Definitely recommend the Strawberry Lemon Twist.

They have a variety of smoothies for all tastes. From really healthy to just flavorful for your enjoyment. Alot of their smoothies have turbinado which is cane sugar. They tend not to have artificial sweeteners in most drinks which I consider healthy as well and u can take off the added sugar if u prefer. Customer service friendly. Overall a good store.
