Smoothie King

I love smoothie king but not this one they or horrible. I order my drink had to wait long and it was just me and another car. Then they made my drink wrong and it was nasty . Then when I told them, they say we could make you another one but we will have to charge you for it. Like what. I’m never going to this location again

I showed up about 15 minutes after 9. The door stretched open whole locked in. Google says they close at 10, door says 9pm. Fix it. I really wanted a smoothie.

I go to smoothie king at least 5 days a week. I dont understand why it takes so long to get your drink. They can have 3 to 5 people inside working and it still takes a long time. The customers should be priority. This location can be very prosperous if they would focus on the customers.

This is the best one in the city. The service is amazing and the smoothies always come out perfectly. I drive out if my way to go to this one. I live the Slim-n-trim chocolate and you can even substitute the milk for a non-dairy option and lower the sugar even more by getting rid of the bananas and subbing for Peanut Butter. One of my favorite treats of the week lost workout.

This is the location I frequent the most. The staff here seems to care about their jobs and are friendly. The one time that my smoothie was not made correctly, they were very oppologitic and remade my smoothie with no hassle. Also, this location stays open later than other locations nearby which is a plus. Oh yeah, don't forget to the app for great discounts and free smoothies!

Went to Smoothie King at 3515 Veterans Blvd in Metairie March 26,2021 after 9pm. Ordered 3 smoothies. Noticed the crew taking orders had lots of cash sitting outside the register. I got a phone call so I was distracted by how long the guy had my card. Well this morning I woke up to OVER $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card! I’ve had to spend my morning disputing charges!

Be careful at this place. I went there last night and purchased 3 smoothies with my debit card and not long after my card was hacked with several purchases from random places. This was the only time I used my card in a week so be careful at this place

We were in the drive thru at 7:49 pm... and the guy asked did we order online. We told him no and we would like to place a order... Now the sign is On stating that they were open... He said "Sorry we are closed,." I told him according to their posted hours, it said 8:00 pm that they are suppose to close.. He said sorry but we close at 7:50..... IF SMOTHIE KING CLOSES AT 7:50 pm.... Please have your sign stating that you close at that time...... But Smothie King owner most not know this...
