When they are open it’s a normal smoothie king experience, the girls behind the counter are pleasant if a little slow, but I’ve never been to a franchised store with such inconsistent opening and closing. Literally never open when they say they are, no one answers the phone, the mobile ordering goes on and off, and they have a rude sign about being short staffed in the front that can be really off putting. Corporate should look into this.

Ordered with no ice,they said it can't fill the cup with no ice I asked them to put in a little cup they charged me price of the biggest cup.not nice.the smoothie has alot of sugar if you order in a week you'll end up in emergency. But they are very respectful.
Good customer service. The manager just provided me with free ice at the time I need it most. The place was clean and refreshing. Thier smoothie is the best. Any time I come to Towson, I make sure I step at Smoothie King for my delicious ice cold tropical smoothie. Free spacious parking in front. Especially this unpredictable global warming lead us to render ourselves to the cold iced smoothie King.
Good smoothies but multiple times have been closed and locked 30-35 minutes before closing time. Please change your hours accordingly if you’re closed early.
Didn’t receive the Friday promotion even after ordering as a member through the app… disappointing.

I think they need to train their staff more because i can not keep buying poorly made smoothies, today is the third time i have bought a poorly made smoothie from this location. I complained once to the elderly man and he told me how sorry he was, he’s the only one that makes a perfect smoothie, right now i can only buy from this location is he’s the one making it for me.
I love this location, it is well placed with plenty of 15 minute parking which is great for a grab and go smoothie. The workers are friendly and know my order and name right off the bat, I just go to the register give them a five and my smoothie is there! I highly recommend the Peanut Power Plus with dark chocolate, so good! Maybe I'll change it up next time, be prepared guys
I come to this location alot however this is the last for me. Ive had 2 complaints and each time the store just gives an excuse. This time my complaint was about the taste of 2 smoothies i had ordered. Honestly they tasted gross. Called the store to get a refund or even try to get them to remake them but no all i got was an excuse. I love Smoothie King but i prefer to avoid this location as the customer service is poor.
