I had issues with my LG fridge and freezer not being cold enough/at all. When I called LG, they weren't very helpful, but referred me to SMV Repair. When I reached out to SMV, they not only reached out to LG on my behalf to get me an extended warranty my unit was only used for 3 years to cover all costs, but they were able to schedule a repair the very next day. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and arrived within the timeframe they promised to come. I would recommend SMV to everyone experiencing issues with their appliances. 3 year old LG fridge recently stopped cooling. All signs pointed to a bad compressor. Went to the LG website and found SMV listed as a certified repair option. After a quick phone call and confirmation of my fridge’s serial number, I had an appointment booked. The tech “Michael” came by, swapped out the compressor within an hour and a half and got my fridge working again.

I needed a compressor replaced on my LG refrigerator. SMV Repair send Alex to work on this who came fully prepared with all required hardware and tools. The issue was resolved quickly when Alex expertly replaced and tested the new compressor. The price was reasonable and matches most other repair team in and around my area.
