Snack Taverna

I used to regularly have brunch at their sister restaurant EOS snack. I was very sad when it closed. I was happy to find snack taverna. They have similar menus and delicious food! (Same fluffy pancake!) The oatmeal cappuccino was so bizarrely fantastic especially for anyone who loves steamed milk. I docked a star because service was slow so take note

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I made a brunch reservation for 11:30 and when we were seated there was only one other table full. We ordered, and waited an hour, completely ignored by our waiter. The place filled up a little while we were waiting and four other tables got their food before we did. We left after sitting there for an hour and a half, still with no food because we had to be somewhere at 1:30. Ended up having to grab a deli sandwich on the way EVEN THOUGH WE MADE A RESERVATION AND THE PLACE WAS EMPTY WHEN WE ARRIVED. I went back after the rest of my party left because I needed to eat before work and they made me pay FULL PRICE for my meal, even after a total wait time of almost 2 hours. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. No customer service, no apologies, the food is fine but not worth it. Do not give this place your money.

The lamb triangles and the lamb shank alone are reasons enough to come here in the winter. But add on their delicious trio of dips and shrimp? You're in for a treat. I'm a huge fan of their rice pudding--not too sweet or mushy but delectable with pine nuts. Service was okay but the food, oh the food! The food is superb.

Good service but the food is really average - we had the mezze platter (which was decent), the haloumi skewers (which were good but cold?) and a shrimp dish (which was tasteless and had no flavor). All in all, the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. Not sure I would recommend and quite a shame for an area that has so many good restaurants and unique cuisines!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero customer service, more like blatantly ignoring all customers. Waited for almost an hour as all the tables around me filled up and received their food, since I couldn't flag the waiter down my party just left. Massively overpriced, extremely underwhelming food. If you're looking for a very expensive headache, come here. If you're looking to have any kind of dining experience, stay far away from this "restaurant."
