This gym is clean and well maintained. Only one bathroom though. This is one of the few locations that has a vending machine.
If you're having issues getting in contact with the manager like we did, I'd recommend contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Snap Fitness doesn't receive complaints on a corporate level, so there is no consequence to the WSP location providing poor service. Your best option is to start going to a different Snap Fitness location.
These guys have been ripping me off for 4 months since I canceled my membership. I have contacted them every month in writing as their phone voicemail is full and you wont find a staff member on sight. Sent in a complaint with the BBB, and my bank fraud department. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Update 11/25/19: they have finally stopped billing me but I have yet to receive the $550 they stole. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES. There are plenty of ethical snap fitness locations, stay away from here.
I like the freedom to attend at any time. The dues are very affordable. No matter when I go into my primary SnapFitness, it's always neat & clean now. We have some interesting new equipment and organizers for the accessories, which gives the illusion of more space. I like the fact that you can have quite a few people in there at the same time with different methodologies for toning their bodies, and they all mesh. We may also have one of the best site managers in the business. Thanks for your positive energy, Joshua.
My experience has been similar to others. After a several months of being unable to get anyone on the phone and delayed responses to emails I was able to cancel my membership. The club owner, Joshua, agreed to refund me for the two months that I was charged after having been told my membership would be canceled. Two months later and I have yet to receive a refund.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. The owner is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. I have been trying to cancel my membership however everytime I go in during the stated staffed hours nobody is there. Try to call and leave a message, mailbox is full. Email, no response. Even went as far as calling the owners cell phone number listed on his business card. Absolute horrible customer service. Save yourself the horrible service and make a different location your home location if you want to have a snap fitness membership.
I am also having trouble cancelling membership. Call and call, email, wrote a letter the letter came back because the address isn't complete with a suite # Maybe we should put together a lawsuit to get back the money from the months of hassle in trying to cancel!
Clean, but doesn't have a squat rack or any sort of way to do barbell bench press without a machine. It's one of the most important pieces of equipment, there's a lot of more niche machines there that could be replaced with one.
We have been trying to cancel my husband's membership for 3 months! I call no answer call customer service never get an answer or call back stop by the gym manager isnt there. Its ridiculous!
Doesn't have a power/squat rack. Not a real gym. Next to domino's though which is a plus, so you can use their parking lot while picking up your cheat meal
