This place is the greatest they have wonderful staff and lots of collectibles to look at and play with. Family oriented place.

Awesome store, clean LOTS of space for games. Would love to see more geek grabs like figures, memorabilia, and such. Great selection of Magic and some good second-hand rpg books.

Everything in the store is overpriced. Even above other local game stores and online sites like tcgplayer. Events typically cost $5 more than usual and have been known to raise prices after previous events for the same game cost less in the same weekend. Some employees have terrible customer service and act like you're wasting their time simply trying to buy something or ask a question. The big plus is the space available to sit down and play. I always say support local game stores but until these issues are fixed, maybe support others. Edit and update: Two other issues have dropped this rating to a 1 star. Be aware that if you are at all critical of their prices or how they run their events you will be blocked on their store's social media. There is also rampant favoritism at events stating more "frequent" players will get preferred entry into capped events. This cannot be supported.

this place is bad. so unprofessional. The employees are rude. the store is dirty. They gave me incorrect information on multiple occasions. There was also a time i came into the store and i had to wait for the employee to finished up his commander game before he would get up to sell me cards. Shame on me for being too lazy to drive to the better stores. they told me certain cards were in a precon and that purchasing the precon would be a good idea instead of buying the singles from the counter. The information was incorrect and it didn't contain one of the cards they previously said. I let that one go due to human error. the next time i came back i asked a employee if they sold deck boxes that fit a double sleeved commander deck with dragon shield sleeves. He told me the most expensive one does $45+tax. I grabbed it got home and realized it doesn't even come close to fitting 80% of the deck in the box. I called to ask if i could return the product for a refund or store credit and the employee that answered the phone was rude and pretty much told me to he doesnt care. I will never come back. There are way to many stores around the area that have exceptional customer service and helpful employees. never coming back to this dump!

Hands down the best store in the valley . The staff is awesome and the owner is really dope. They got a decent selection of cards and mon-Thursday he does a stream on whatnot with some badass cards! This will be my forever home . ! Thanks Snapcasters being kind and hooking it up on some cards .

There is plenty of space for games, lots of inventory. They also have binders to search for the perfect card. A place to relax in-between games.

Great store and even better customer service!! Always an upbeat atmosphere with an assortment of products to choose from. It’s my go to shop for anything I may need!

I'm not trying to be rude in this review I am just stating how things have went from my trips there. I have went 2 times and I don't see myself going back for a 3rd. Now don't get me wrong, the place isn't all bad. They have a cool little snack sections which is always nice! They have a great selection of magic singles specific cards but not very many other singles for other games on display. Both times when I went they seemed to charge a little bit more than tcgplayer was asking. I was going to buy a booster box of the new pokemon set astral radiance but the price they told me me was around $30 more than Gamers Guild AZ has them for so I just went there which I would personally suggest everyone else do as well. The staff wasn't explicitly rude but they weren't too friendly either. If you want to trade cards into the store they have a small list of cards they will take and that is it. Pretty good sized area to play games. Average selection for sealed Magic and Pokemon products. In my opinion the place is too pricey and the store feels bland. Not a TERRIBLE place, but I would just personally suggest going to Gamers Guild AZ instead

Love this place always have cool stuff and staff is always professional and knowledgeable and always a good time for the people that you can play with. One of the best LGS in the valley!

Called to see if a product was available then asked what their asking price was .I got no response. Had to say hello to see if the call had dropped and the guy on the phone says I am lookin . I guess that was an annoying question to ask?? Then to find out the price was 25.00 more then gamers guild .
