When we had a problem with one of our computers, we called SNECS since we are on one of their service plans. They had it up and running without any problems in no time and it didin't cost a dime to fix. Excellent service and short turn around time.

Peter provided great service and fixed our computer very quickly. I've used SNECS in the past, but not since they had started the subscription business model. Although this was new to me, I agreed to try it. And because the repair took such a short time, there was no additional fee to fix it. I give this small business credit for figuring out a business model that works to keep them in business! Keep up the good work.
