Fantastic, unique frozen treat. Lots of combinations to choose from or make your own. The small was plenty for just myself. They give you can open to split any size. I recommend the fruity flavors as the chocolate combinations didn't stand up to well being so aired out with the shaving. Certainly going back.
A unique and tasty twist on shaved ice. Tastes like they begin with flavored and possibly milky ice. This is shaved SUPER thin and light...lighter than snow actually. So light I could easily knock back two small portions. Tasty toppings are then piled on top of that. I recommend getting small portions to allow you to try more flavors. Highly recommend ube coconut, and anything with li hing. Edit Oct19: The shave ice is still as tasty as ever but I have to knock a star off because the service has turned to you know what. Down the toilet. Don’t know what’s changed but I’ve been feeling a lot of bad vibes like they’re annoyed that I’m there.
Ordered a small #44 Cookies and Cream. Despite its "smallness" it was enough to share among 3 friends. Do take advantage of the free toppings. They are there for a reason. Our order wasn't too sweet, more on the savory side. My favorite part about it was the texture experience. The "snow" melts in my mouth, and is very airy. So the mochi and cookie give it a good bite over all. Also, since its not shace ice you're less at risk for brainfreeze!
Those shave ice cream are gigantic! The small was pretty huge, I just couldn’t finish it. I had the #2, Ling Hing Mui, Pineapple and Mango. That one, along with pretty much all of their options come with mochi, fruits or other toppings. They are not cheap, at almost 8$, but they sure do come with lots of extras. The shop even has a free topping station, which was pretty cool. It made me happy :
Definitely try the moffle dog! Here they do that very unique thing, which is a waffle made with Mochi flour. And they also offer sets, so for ten bucks you can get a moffle or moffle dog, and a small snow. Nice combination. Bathroom available through the complex. Free add-on toppings but don't get crazy, Aunty Nimfa. Yes, I AM talking to you. Free small cone of water with cooler. We showed up when they first opened at 11 a.m. The very sweet guy behind the counter was running the show by himself. Not easy. Points for effort and customer service. Only down a half star because we wish the shop was bigger 3-4 tables inside & a small outside cafe set, and that parking wasn't so crazy at McCully Shopping Center.
Definitely an interesting twist on shave ice and ice cream. The two treats are integrated into one dish. It had an interesting consistency but it was pretty good. If you haven't tried it you should.
Portions are huge, and prices are great! We tried the Lychee, cookies n Creme, and Mocha. All three were delicious. They also provide free dry toppings which is very nice of them.
$4 Lychee flavor ice with free topping. They have non daily ice. Strawberry Honeydew Lychee and more.
If you haven't had snow, you are missing out. So much better than shaved ice and ice cream. It's almost like you faceplant into a mountain of ooh so delicious snow!
Cheap and delicious! And there are so many different choices that it took a while for us to finally figure out what we wanted.
