I have only been in 3 times and every one of them have been the most refreshing gun store customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Smaller store but large accessories selection. Very reasonable gun smithing fees.
Great guns and parts. Built an AR pistol and they gave me a good deal and got my nice rds from them too. Will be buying my girl's gun here soon. Thanks to my SNR people for having good CS and being good people.

Dreadful experience. The employees were okay I guess but the owner... Idk something was very uncomfortable about him. Didn't feel safe in the store and had very low stock.
The owner is more than happy to help you with anything firearm related. I had problem with a barrel and he went out of his way to help me fix it. I always check first at SNR when shopping locally.

Got to finally visit this shop and what a great little shop for that hard find custom work. Very well stocked with accessories and firearms. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great small Mom and Pop shop.
Best gun shop ever. Everyone is really cool the service is amazing! Finally there is an AR/modern gun focused shop in Plainfield!
