I decided to do laser hair removal with So Cal Body Institute because of their competitive pricing but I was consistently impressed with the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, little to no wait times, and the effectiveness of the treatment. Every time I come in I am greeted warmly and rarely have to wait to be taken back to the treatment room. I can't tell you how much I appreciate medical facilities running on time as my schedule is jammed packed. My treatments were fast and full of good conversation. For something that can cause discomfort, the experience overall was quite pleasant. Let's talk communication. Tanielle and Crystal are amazing! They are easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable. They put customer service first, which is very rare these days. The automated notifications are very helpful for remembering appointments. Cannot say enough good things about this business and the women who run it. Would highly recommend you consider stopping by for a consult. 10/10.

Where to begin....I seeked them out for Laser Hair Removal. I reached out to them and they were able to assist me. The girls were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and make me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean and the best part is you never wait long; You are literally in and out in less than 10 minutes.
