Social Security Administration

Very rude and unhelpful staff. It's been a nightmare trying to deal with them. It is impossible to reach this office by phone. My calls keep getting routed to other Social Security offices in Georgia, who are unable to help with my situation.

I called this number many times and I spoken to many agents but by far Umana from the downtown office has been the most helpful one and had a very positive attitude and willingness to listen to what I was saying. She is excellent. Some agents have to take a note from her handbook
